Sports Massage in Málaga: Professional Muscle Recovery

What does a sports massage do, and when is it worth it?

It releases the muscles you push hardest in training and helps you arrive fresher at your next session. It's most worth it during heavy training weeks, before a race or match, and after a long effort. We use deep pressure and stretching, in 30- or 60-minute sessions.

Professional muscle recovery for bodies that push hard

Do your muscles feel loaded or overworked? Our sports massage in Málaga uses deep pressure, stretching and kneading techniques to restore muscle tone and release the areas hit hardest.

Everything you need to know about your massage in Málaga

Do I need to bring anything for the massage?

You don't need to bring anything. We provide everything you need so your experience is completely comfortable and relaxing.

How much does a massage cost?

Sessions cost €45 (30 minutes) and €60 (60 minutes). If you come often, packages are the best value: €50 per session with the 5-session package and €45 with the 10-session package.

Does sports massage help prevent injuries or just aid recovery?

Both: it helps prevent overload if you train regularly, and it also speeds up recovery after exertion.

Is it a painful massage?

It uses firm pressure on deep tissue, so it can feel intense in heavily loaded areas, but it's always adapted to what each person can tolerate.

Is it better before or after training?

It depends on what you're after. Before, a lighter session helps activate the muscle, ideally one or two days before competing. After, a flushing massage supports recovery. What we don't recommend is deep work right before competing.

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We recommend booking in advance to make sure we have availability at the time that suits you best, although we always try to fit in last-minute clients whenever possible.

Which areas can be worked on?

Legs (calves, quads and hamstrings), lower back, back, neck, shoulders and arms. We adapt the session to your sport: legs and lower back for running or cycling, shoulders and forearms for padel, for example.

When is a sports massage a good idea?

When your muscles feel loaded, during heavy training weeks, before a competition or after a long effort. Many athletes also book one every two to four weeks as maintenance.

How long should I book?

30 minutes (€45) if you want to focus on one or two specific areas, and 60 minutes (€60) for a full-body session or after a competition.
